Childhood is full of magic, our children's clothing should be too.  This dress has the best of both worlds, a soft stretchy bodice with adorable puff sleeves, and a retro inspired primary rainbow high low skirt.  Each dress is fully lined and finished with pockets, because no dress should be made without them.
